Welcome to Yaron Segman's site.
My name is Yaron and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Mechatronics (B.Sc) and a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems (MBA).
With extensive experience in quality management and operational excellence, I have successfully led initiatives to enhance product quality, streamline processes, and boost profitability in various industries.
My professional journey includes developing strategies, creating work plans, managing budgets, and leading teams of managers and employees through professional and personal development. I possess in-depth knowledge and experience in conducting audits, providing consultancy, and guiding organizations in ISO standards and quality systems.
As a Senior Auditor at the Standards Institution of Israel since 2018, I am certified to perform external audits for ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO17100, ISO39001, SI9301, and fire detection and suppression systems, among others. My role involves leading audits, managing traffic safety product lines, and delivering lectures on ISO standards and safety.
From 2009 to 2018, I served as the VP of Operations, Engineering, and Quality at Yael Noa 1995 Ltd., where I led the operational strategy, developed annual work plans, managed budgets, and oversaw engineering and production processes. I was instrumental in achieving ISO certifications and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
My expertise spans across various quality management systems, including ISO9001:2015, ISO39001:2012, ISO13485:2016, ISO14001:2015, ISO50001:2018, and ISO27001:2013, among others. I have also provided consultancy and conducted audits in the automotive, medical device, environmental, and information security sectors.
